Reports to: Operations Manager
Geographic Scope: Local & International (Malaysia & Indonesia)
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:
- Develop and implement the Quality Strategy in line with Corporate policies and best practices across Supply Chain and product design.
- Consolidate quality performance data for reporting, collaborating with regional and global teams.
- Lead process improvements to ensure cost-effective and timely supply of high-quality products to the Fiji market.
- Shape functional strategy and policies to align with business objectives and corporate requirements.
- Manage budgets (Opex/Capex), focusing on cost reductions and improved service delivery.
- Drive cross-functional teamwork to integrate business operations and enhance performance.
- Lead audits, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate records of all quality management data.
- Develop talent attraction and retention strategies, coaching teams to deliver operational excellence.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or other related course.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality management within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
- Broad understanding of consumer-centric quality management, supply chain, and product integrity processes.
- Knowledge of SPC, ISO 9000, Six Sigma, HACCP and continuous improvement tools will be an added advantage.
- Strong people management and coaching skills with experience in developing high-performing teams.
- Advanced communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills with experience working across multiple functions.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a complex environment.
- Ability to engage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders across diverse cultures.
