BAT INDONESIAIS LOOKING FOR ARTM & SYSTEM EXECUTIVE

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Support the management of trade system operation with focus on optimization, improvement capabilities and maintenance of sales and distribution organization in such a way that the marketing and sales objectives can be achieved with compliance and recorded in the system.

Co-lead the development and continuous review of route-to-market model in line with business strategy with focus of future-fit Trade marketing distribution capabilities (i.e. Chanel productivity, Distribution Model and performance).

Contributes highly for Brand and Business development to create campaign and distribution plan– in a way that it forms an integral part of the overall Marketing strategy.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR             

  • Ensure development of distribution plan aligned with business objectives. Ensure quality execution of developed plan on the entrusted territory.
  • Provide regular, timely and detailed information on efficiency to all stake-holder.
  • Closely collaborate with Trade Marketing team to perform vital correction actions on market.
  • Ensure and conduct analysis of route & coverage on weekly basis.
  • Advise channel management and sales management on optimization opportunities to make the sales and distribution organization and route implementation more effective and efficient.
  • Support region and area management with the implementation or optimization of the sales and distribution organization model and conceptual route planning.
  • Prepares and presents the information about the plans achievement and factors which had or might have caused deviations from agreed plans.

KEY TARGET OF THIS ROLE

  • System business related information is valid & up to date, and system users can perform their day to day duties.
  • Field activity information flow within the company is ensured.
  • Effectiveness and efficiency of the route to market plan & implementation.
  • Provide analysis route productivity and performance.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited higher learning institution or equivalent combination of experience and education (preferred area of study: Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or other similar fields.
  • Ideally, not less than three years' experience in a sizeable FMCG company (preferable an MNC) with at least 1 year experience as Manage Others.
  • A cross-functional experience of Marketing (Planning, Brand or Trade) is an preferred.
  • Knowledge of and experience with Route to Market planning & implementation in FMCG, Computer Skill, & Leadership capabilities.
  • High familiarity and ability to operate trade system platforms (incl. improvement plan & handling 1st level supports system).

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Excellent knowledge of software skills (excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and word) and fast learner.
  • Understand Brand and trade KPIs justification and is Passionate for numbers.
  • Communication / Interpersonal skills: communicates clearly, persuasively and is successful in influencing others.
  • Make things happen: deals effectively with multiple tasks, complexity & fast pace.
  • Teammate: creates an environment where trust, mutual respect and team spirit are prevalent.
  • Ability to optimally lead cross-functional relationships, and work in assigned teams and other groups as required.
