The Vuse Category (Brand) Executive is a member of the Marketing Team and is a key stakeholder in growing the Vuse brand in the Swiss market. He/she will support the Category Manager in the definition of the Brand strategy and drive the implementation of Brand Marketing projects.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Manage and evaluate category projects derived from Vuse brand strategy, based on company targets, regulatory environment, market environment and consumer behaviour anticipating respective consumer needs.
  • Brief agencies, internal stakeholders and NPI to manage the implementation of assigned brand projects.
  • Steer and coordinate assigned Comms Touchpoints in day-to-day business. Fulfill the function of Touchpoint person-of-contact for the category.
  • Analyse and evaluate market performance and market research data to identify and develop new marketing measures for the category.
  • Support Category Manager in the strategic and operational brand planning.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and implement defined and agreed measures.
  • Ensure effective budget allocation within the context of approved budgets

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

  • Degree, business administration with focus on marketing
  • High flexibility + excellent interface management (in-house and external)
  • Effective and efficient way of working
  • Experience in project management
  • Feel for brands / consumers
  • Analytical and conceptual skills and individual initiative and organizational skills
  • Distinctive communication skills
  • Marked ability to work in a team, to establish contact and to collaborate
  • Flexibility and resilience
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and relevant marketing applications
  • business fluent language skills in English and either French or German
