Responsibilities:

  • 121 Field Force Management
  • Supervise the recruitment, hiring, onboarding and education of new joiners.  Managing performance while minimizing turnover rates. Develop and coach people direct reports within the FF team to ensure talented individuals feel motivated and able to progress
  • Drive effective marketing activation and sales execution, optimizing the investment – maximizing ROI and company sales results. Proactive identification of relevant channels: HoReCa, Pop up, Retail, others – routes and working hours optimization
  • Design and define the best agency ecosystem, identifying the activation agencies needed, and manage people dedicated to BAT products within the agency
  • Build effective leadership pipeline, and robust succession.
  • Responsible for routing plan and efficiency of the routes per channel
  • REM model development and implementation to ensure maximum focus on sales KPIs
  • Salary management for payroll of FF
  • Responsible for delivering 121 sales targets
  • Focusing on targeting consumers (e.g. new consumers) via 121 sellers through REM model and daily visits in field

Experience

  • Graduate University Degree, preferably in Marketing
  • Minimum 5years’ experience – sales management roles & Leading teams roles
  • Previous experience in an international environment is desirable

  • The jobholder must be able to demonstrate experience in and understanding of business management,
  • Project management skills
  • understanding consumer needs
  • Display fairness, exhibit trust and gain respect through behaviour and actions;
  • Fluency in English
  • Computer literacy
