WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SENIOR MANAGER IT- HR/LEGAL/BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS AND SUSTAINABILITY

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Reports to: Director IT – HR/LEX/BC&S

Number of Direct Reports: 0

Core Relationships:

Internal – Local Business Communications team, Global Business Communications teams, Global Data Integration Support teams, Legal & External Affairs, Corporate Security, Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, Desktop & Infrastructure support teams

External – Digital Design Agencies, Website Development Agencies, SaaS Solution Vendors

Geographic Scope: Regional

Travel Required: <10%

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Demonstrate business insight and a broad understanding of business and IT processes and assist in mentoring and developing less experienced team members.
  •  Engage and influence partners and form partnerships within supported business areas.
  • Direct and lead all aspects of support partners and service prohandlingand managing vendor performance.
  • Analyze and translate business needs into formal requirements and assist Director with prioritization of projects.
  • Develop Business Cases for proposed projects, and lead project budgets and billing in Enterprise Systems.
  • Deliver business value through projects, by leading teams across functions, service providers and IT/DBS.
  • Applies own expertise and maintain awareness of new technologies to find opportunities and recommend solutions to solve business problems.
  • Responsible for the support of the company intranet as part of a global solution, all corporate websites and web solutions, email communication solution, dynamic intranet analytics dashboard, digital display solution, visitor management solution, and corporate security & camera system.

  • Do you have experience in handling IT projects across functions, service providers and IT teams?
  • Do you stay abreast of new technologies and methodologies, and how they translate to business value?

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Experience in web technologies and cloud solutions.
  • Minimum of four (8) years of IT or related experience and works independently, with mentorship in only the mossophisticatedex situations
  • Project Management expertise, leading large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager and solves difficult and csophisticatedproblems and takes a broad perspective to determine solutions.
  • Ability to become proficient in the use of technologies, like Power BI, to deliver digital change and value.
  • Awareness of established and new technologies, including AWS and Azure.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills working with business functions, service providers, and co-workers.
  • 4-year degree with a focus in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field and project Management, ITIL or Agile formal training.

BENEFICIAL

  • Experience with web technologies like WordPress, and Microsoft SharePoint Online
  • MBA/Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in related field
  • Knowledgeable of Data Analytics, Cloud (AWS/Azure), Automation Tools, IT Infrastructure, Information Security standards and standart methodologies.
  • Experience in Vendor Performance Management

  • 401(k) plan that offers opportunity to save on pre- and post-tax basis up to 50 percent of eligible compensation.
    • Company matches 100 percent of employee pre-tax/Roth (401k) contributions up to six percent
