WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Provide support to build commercial initiatives business cases: Geographical scope, outlets capabilities, competitors pricing, production timelines, volume forecast, etc.
  • Support internal Marketing Deployment and Consumer Brand team by providing guidance related to customer capabilities, executional barriers, and benchmarks to maximize excellence in execution.
  • Support analysis and preparation of commercial initiatives post implementation reviews to be presented in Cycle Plan.
  • Monitor closely along with Demand Control CFX team, Oral Brands’ sales performance vs. forecast per SKU providing internal projections to guarantee right level of inventories.
  • Provide detailed and actionable insights into Oral Brands’ performance. Regularly use retail scan, loyalty card, and shipment data to provide views to management on source of business, conversion rates, consumption trends, and underlying effectiveness of key commercial activities.
  • Examine market trends and competitive threats. Provide views to management on market dynamics (volume, share, etc) for the total
  • U.S as well as for key state and retail partners to identify opportunities for further Oral Brands growth.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • 3 plus years working in related fields in CPGs
  • Strong analytical capabilities and demonstrated experience developing commercial plans, project management, trade and consumer insights/research, brand strategy and communication.
  • Innate curiosity with an innovative mindset and creative thinking process
  • Results-driven and self-starter who can work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Influence external and internal partners without direct line authority
  • Flexible and reliable team-player who acts in the best interest of the department and company as a whole
  • Bachelor’s Degree required - marketing specialization is a plus

BENEFICIAL

  • Graduate Degree (MBA) and/ or prior brand marketing experience in CPG category is a plus

  • 401(k) plan that offers opportunity to save on pre- and post-tax basis up to 50 percent of eligible compensation.
    • Company matches 100 percent of employee pre-tax/Roth (401k) contributions up to six percent
