British American Tobacco  Poland  has an exciting opportunity for a Lead BI Analyst  in Warsaw.

The Lead Business Intelligence Analyst  will be responsible for management of sales data. Main focus will include management and maintenance of internal and external database and creating sales dashboards in PBI based on business needs. Examples of dashboards include cycle dashboards presenting status of target realization as well as management dashboards.

This person  will be also responsible for ongoing improvement of reporting tools to boost their functionality. Main business partners for this role include channel owners (Traditional Trade, Key Accounts, Own Retail). This is a team leader position  for group of reporting specialists.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Management of internal & external database
  • Cycle dashboard creation, i.e. Field Force cycle dashboard, sales dashboard
  • Management dashboard creation
  • Improvement of reporting tools
  • Field Force bonus calculation
  • Target calculation
  • Business Partnering for channel owners for ongoing projects
  • External suppliers management; i.e. Asseco
  • Team Leader for group of reporting specialists

What are we looking for?

  • Previous work experience with combining the data from multiple data sources and understanding of data modelling and relational database concepts
  • Proficiency in both Power BI and SQL
  • Project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills, effective communication skills, and proactive approach.
  • Demonstrated collaboration skills and a "can-do" attitude.
  • English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
  • Polish skills are mandatory both in written and speaking
