ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Your primary focus will be supporting the process of consumer insights and foresights generation. Your impact will be shaped by monitoring market developments and highlighting any new trends or changes; ensuring the integrity of the input & insights for Heated Products and Combustibles research projects; acting as the custodian of insights & foresights plan and process.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Facilitate the understanding of cross-category consumer behaviour and the journey from combustible to new-category products.
  • Support in the ongoing development of the Consumer model based on up-to-date assumptions and provide relevant input.
  • Ensure the correct application and compliance in accordance with relevant global research guidelines.
  • Review & monitor category and/or brand developments (industry-wide) and highlight to the team any changes/ new launch/ new trend etc.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

  • Familiarity with consumer research.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills (data analysis, connecting the dots).
  • Internal tools/software confident user (Nielsen/Kantar Explorer, HIVE, etc.)
  • Fluency in English.

BENEFICIAL

  • In-depth experience in consumer research project management.
  • Power BI skills.
  • Previous experience with Statistics.
