BAT TAIWAN IS LOOKING FOR A FIELD OPERATIONS OFFICER
FUNCTION: Sales
SALARY RANGE: Base Salary + Excellent Benefits + Performance Incentive
LOCATION: Taipei, Taiwan
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABITILES:
• Conduct field audit to ensure the operation and execution quality at respective region
• Co-work with RMs, Trade Development team and 3P officer on the execution of the improvement strategies
• Implementing various quality control methods
• Providing guidance and mentoring to FF when necessary
• Ensuring all processes are compliant with the company standard and requirement
• Observing existing staff and operations quality, and provide feedback to 3P officer and line manager on the improvement area

i. Context/Environment
The trading environment for tobacco products are challenging due to anti smoking activities, increased trade specialisation, concentration of decision power, and the increased usage of technology. To gain competitive advantage British American Tobacco Taiwan must achieve the best in-store presence and visibility to key brands by ensuring brand identity and highest efficiency in all aspects of in-store marketing.
The role of the Field Operation Executive is to manage the performance of the 3P FF team and make sure all the activation and execution quality is up to the standard.
ii. Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Required:
• 3 years experience in Trade Marketing and/or Field operation
• Thorough understanding of the retail environment, and the brand values
• Experience in manage field force team
• Good communication (with basic English skill) both oral and written with excellent internal & external relations
• In-depth understanding of consumer and tobacco trade environment
iii. Key success Factors
• Conduct field audit to ensure all the trade marketing activities are well communicated to the retailers in respective regions
• Ensure the 3P FF team follow our instruction on the product distributions and visibility guideline
• Identify the operation issue and improvement area for the FF team
• Provide timely feedback to 3P FF team for problem fixing
iv. Working Relationships:
• The effectiveness of the role will be defined by the level of communication, co-operation and co-ordination that is achieved between the various functions specially Trade Marketing Team, Brand Team, and regional sales team.
