BAT AUSTRALIA IS LOOKING FOR A TRADE REPRESENTATIVE - 12 Months Fixed Term Contract

As a Trade Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in implementing our company strategies within a designated geographical territory. Your mission will be to boost market share, profitability, and volume while encouraging positive relationships with both internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive state volume, share, and profit targets through strategic resource utilization and ROI principles.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve collective targets, owning your performance and contributing to a culture of high-performance teamwork.
• Cultivate long-term commercial relationships with key customers, demonstrating trust and credibility for mutual benefit.
• Use market insights to develop and complete initiatives that give us a competitive edge.
• Lead by example, embodying our company's leadership capabilities and encouraging excellence within the team.

Qualifications:

• Ideally, you have at least 1 year of experience in FMCG.
• Previous experience in a sales role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results-driven attitude with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
