Employee’s lifecycle responsible: recruit, develop, culture agenda for interns and employees from HR & IDT
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support team development and effective communication across the teams
- Provide support to Employees & Line Managers in SAP Success Factors system & Cherwell
- Assist employees in development: Learning Agenda
- Drive the Talent & Rewards Agenda
- Drive HR & IDT Strategic People agenda
- Audit & Control: Files & Records
- Employee lifecycle responsible
What are we looking for?
- HR related studies: Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology or any related field
- Experienced with Event Planning is a plus
- Microsoft Office: Power Point, Excel, Word and Canva / design
- Fluent English (Advanced)
- Have demonstrable communication, negotiation skills and the ability to influence
- Customer service oriented and Have strong analytical skills
- A Self Starter and Game Changer as well as driven and ambitious
- Be an inspiring and engaging individual, as well as curious and resilient
