REPORTS TO:                           Production Manager

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Manage aspects of safety, quality and performance for the assigned cell to the standard that we plan. Manage team capability and performance to achieve desired state and implement relevant DMS and IWS (Integrated Work Systems) pillar framework to support continuous improvement of the cell.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Lead a team of 50 FTE consists of Equipment Owners & Line Leads while managing the team performance and ensuring capability development for team.
• Ensure aspects of EHS and DMS (Delay Management System) implemented in the cell to ensure team safety
• Manage quality of product in production, provide analysis and actions for product quality complaints and ensuring Q pillar DMS implemented effectively in the cell.
• Manage production performance to achieve C2S OTIF (on time in full) , OEE (Overall efficiency %) , MTBF (Mean Time between Failure) and wastages as per target.
• Ensure implementation of Autonomous Maintenance (AM) pillar with all related DMS in the cell as per plan.
• Manage cost related to permanent HC, outsource and utility in the cell.
• Managing diverse end market allocated based on modules.

CRUCIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Desirably Masters / Bachelor’s graduate caliber in Operations Management, Engineering or Science.
• At least 3 - 5 years’ of experience in manufacturing at supervisory level (leading a big size team)
• Knowledge in IWS with focus on AM – PM pillar (Open+/TPM)
• Experience in Quality management, Waste management, Project Management and Loss Elimination required.
• Experience in detail process of SMD (Secondary Manufacturing Division) and machine technology, maintenance of SMD machineries.
