Trade Marketing Data Analyst

The role is responsible for delivering continuous, objective, and relevant information and analyses to key stakeholders, enabling company management to gain a deep understanding of customers, assess performance, and enhance customer insights. This role also involves collecting TM&D data, compiling market commentaries, and managing quarterly reporting. Additionally, the role supports D&A and global TM&D teams throughout their automation journey. The role will directly support the Global TM&D team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing robust and timely TM&D insights and reporting, essential for driving key decision-making processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Data collection: ensure timely collection of data from 45 end markets.
• Assist with Trade Marketing KPIs with Monthly data collection and Quarterly reporting
• Collate market commentaries, summary reports from markets, assist global teams to understand TM&D insights and trends.
• Assist with insights generation based on Trade KPI dashboards.
• Assist data & analytics teams on their platform automation journey

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Trade Insights & Analytics, with senior stakeholder management and project management background in a large scale organisation
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, Information Technology, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to spot trends and anomalies.
• Ability to juggle competing priorities and deliver to stakeholder expectations.

• Previous hands-on experience with Retail Audit and Trade marketing data
• Experience in data analysis, interpretation, and summary presentations.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to interpret, enhance and optimise reporting conducted via multiple Excel spreadsheets.
