British American Tobacco Pakistan has an exciting opportunity for a Brand Deployment Associate
The Candidate is responsible for overseeing the complete purchase order cycle—from generation to goods receipt—while monitoring budget utilization and delivering detailed spend analysis to the team. Additionally, this role manages the contract system for all brand deployment and development initiatives, as well as coordinating EAN generation and maintenance activities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- PO generation and ensuring follow up with suppliers on timely receipt
- Track and manage all vendors payments and enlist new vendors in the system
- Manage all GRN activities and EAN generation and maintenance.
- Regularly track and provide insights into BSE usage and spend based on request
- Management of contract management online as well offline for all required vendors
What are we looking for?
- Demonstrates exceptional organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to build strong relationships with agencies and suppliers.
- Possesses a solid foundational understanding of financial principles to support efficient budget oversight.
- Holds a degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Management Finance, complemented by 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing or finance.
- Exhibits a strong analytical aptitude combined with a creative, data-driven approach, adept at working with large datasets to extract actionable insights.
- A flexible and reliable team player who consistently acts in the best interests of the department and the company.
