BAT UKRAINE IS LOOKING FOR AN HR- ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST (REWARD SPECIALIST)
Reward Specialist will provide administrative and operational support within HR Department in the HR Services processes (headcount planning, budgeting, bonus payment, other).
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Higher education
- Experience in Multinational companies
- Languages: Ukrainian, English – upper - intermediate level
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel in particular)
- Excellent time management skills, high work efficiency, team work
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Deadline driven and result-oriented personality
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Support in Reward cycle processes (headcount planning, salary review, bonus payment)
- Support with functional and employment cost budgeting
- Global mobility processes coordination (immigration, relocation, tax) through 3rd party provider. Keeping international assignees documents up-to-date including electronic and hard-copies versions, coordination of payroll and benefits for assignees
- Coordination of recognition program
- Support with finance requests (headcount related info, TEC related info).
- Support with reward related projects
