JOB TITLE: Network SCIP Executive

FUNCTION: DBS – Supply Network Operations

CITY & COUNTRY: Selangor, Malaysia

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

• Deliver New Initiative on time with target cost/cash to serve
• As SNO SPOC working with DRBU Ops/Supply Chain to help achieve DRBU & Region’s targets
• Lead the adoption and implementation of digital transformation initiatives
• Collaboration with multiple roles to ensure end to end efficiently delivery
• Champion and drive the process simplification working with Global/Regional cross functional teams

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Responsible for the timely roll-out of Multi Category innovations in the region
• Develop the innovation network, manage Supply Chain partners and execute against this network.
• Report on innovation risks with input from key Supply Chain partners.
• Represents the Supply Chain partners whilst formalizing the Project plans.
• Responsible to lead timelines on New Project Innovations with NPI managers, through support from all Supply Chain partners.
• Manage expedited projects – online or offline (e.g. secure factory trials slots, capacity from factories)
• Represent the SC in the weekly drumbeat meetings (e.g. New Project innovation DDSes)
• Manage resourcing projects through inputs from regional sourcing, understanding different constraints (i.e. Tax stamps, duties etc).
• Support the implementation of ESG initiatives and harmonisation activities within the region, i.e. SKU rationalization
• Coordinate Category Innovation Related savings plan aligned with the agreed targets and ensure delivery via effective project management and coordination
• Manage NCL reductions through robust management of write-offs, minimizing cost and balancing options to deliver project OTIFs 

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and digital skills
• Sound and round Supply Chain knowledge (process, metrics)
• Strong knowledge in IWS, CI tools, and agile concept
