JOB TITLE: Travel Retail Training Specialist (12-months) 

FUNCTION: Marketing - Consumer Experience

CITY & COUNTRY: Hong Kong

• Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules that enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service excellence.
• Responsible for developing, organizing, and delivering training programs to brand ambassadors
• Formulate and execute sales training strategies and plans that are aligned with the different brand strategies and organizational objectives.
• To maintain and update all training materials in line with every individual market portfolio
• Maintain and manage the global training calendar for all categories
• Work closely with Trade / External stakeholders to identify the training needs of various level of staff to achieve company business objectives
• Review and improve the Company training policies, workflow and procedures
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with external training vendors or consultants to leverage their expertise and resources for specialized training needs.

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in training field
• Bachelor's degree holder
• Fluent in English, fluency in additional languages is a plus
• Proven experience as a Training Specialist or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of learning and development principles and training methodologies
• Experience designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for front-line staff, including product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service excellence.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire in-store staff at all levels.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), training software, and multimedia tools is a plus.
