British American Tobacco Denmark has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Executive in Employer Branding in Copenhagen

Are you eager to jumpstart your international career in the dynamic field of Human Resources or Marketing? This is a unique opportunity to join our HR team, where you can put your creative marketing skills to use in Employer Branding across BAT Western Europe and support various HR processes and initiatives on a Nordic level.

The Junior Executive programme of 12 months is designed to provide you with hands-on exposure to the business, giving you the skills and knowledge needed to grow your career.

You will be based in our Nordic head office in Copenhagen close to the Central Station and beautiful harbour. Delicious breakfast and lunch are provided daily, and we also have an office gym, ping pong table, games, and many social events! Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Playing a vital role in employer branding activities across Western Europe, helping to promote our company as an employer of choice via online and offline touchpoints.
  • Managing company social media platforms, content calendar, budgeting and reporting.
  • Creating diverse content for social media, including photography, filming, copywriting and campaigns.
  • Coordinating and leading all aspects of internal advocacy group to ensure content driven by employees and encourage employee advocacy.
  • Collaborating with diverse internal and external partners across Western Europe to ensure successful talent attraction efforts.
  • Supporting HR projects relating to culture, employee experience and attraction, social events and promote overall employee engagement.
  • Assisting HR team with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
  • Comply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of law and regulations related to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS or Sustainability standards and procedures. 

What are we looking for?

  • Recent graduate of up to 2 years with an education in Digital Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or similar.
  • Social media enthusiast with experience in crafting content.
  • Proactive and resourceful attitude, eager to try new ideas and methods to achieve business goals.
  • Strong creativity skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Excellent verbal and written English with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage with diverse collaborators.
  • A great teammate who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to learn from experienced professionals.
  • Fluency in Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, French, Spanish or Greek is not essential but can be useful.
  • Certifications or experience in Adobe Photoshop or similar graphic designing tools can be useful.
